Weather that be finding the perfect shoe to help them get on the road or building the ideal marketing strategy to increase sales both online and instore. For me it’s not a chore but a symmetry between product knowledge and a genuine interest in people. It’s that same passion I nurture in all employees. I take the time to know them. To relate to them and to find the drive within them so that they can make the most of their experiences and truly connect with their customers.
